How many worries are left here? At the foot of the cross.
By leaving our worries and concerns at the foot of the cross,
we’re acknowledging how powerful and loving our God is.
He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end.
(Hebrews 4:12). We face difficulties everyday as tests of our
faith. Tests seeing if we’ll leave our problems and concerns
at the foot of the cross. (Psalm 55:22). Cast thy burden upon the
LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to
be moved. I stand erect, at full attention to bring attention to our
desperations for God. God’s love is unconditional. How long will it
take for us to know who he is? When some people show independence,
aim to solve problems themselves. They.’re showing their lack of faith
and trust in God. Showing their ignorance of his power.
He is all powerful, almighty, loving, merciful, forgiving, all knowing, and
good. At the foot of the cross, revenge some people feel against other
people must be left. Because God says, “Vengeance is mine”, saith the
Lord. (Romans 12:19-20) Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but
rather, give place unto wrath: for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will
repay.” saith the LORD. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with
good..
All stress should be left at the foot of the cross. Most people shy
away from the presentation of feet. Thinking they are disgusting and
dirty. But there’s one foot that isn’t disgusting or dirty. But there’s one
foot that isn’t dirty, that foot belongs to Jesus Christ. Because no lies
were found in his mouth. (1 Peter 2:22). Who did not sin, neither was
guile found in his mouth. No devious ambitions in his heart. He had
much concern for other people. He gave to other people without
expecting anything in return. He (Jesus Christ) died for our sins.
Knowing the resume of Jesus Christ, who better to leave our worries and
concerns with than him? We rise and fall, considering if we’ve done one
thing, if we’ve left our worries and concerns at the foot of the cross.
(2 Samuel 22:3)
My God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. My shield and the horn of my
salvation. He is my stronghold. My refuge.
(Matthew 15:30)
And great multitudes came unto him, having with them those that were
lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and cast them down at
Jesus’ feet,and he healed them.
