I’m 

God has blessed me with a talent in writing, which 

I give back to him.  I give it back to him by bragging 

about the many blessings he's blessed me with.  (1

Corinthians 12:4-6). Now there are diversities of gifts,

but the same spirit, and there are differences of 

administrations, but the same Lord.  And there are

diversities of operations, but it is the same God,

which worketh all in all.  I've been hit by a car when

I was seven years old.  I was in a coma for three months.

When God woke me up, first words I said were, "What 

am I doing with these diapers on?"  I was in the second 

grade when this happened.  Doctors told my family I would 

be brain damaged.  By the the grace of God, I extended my 

education from the second grade when the accident happened,

to two and a half years of college.  At my graduation from high 

school, I was asked, "Do you want to use your wheelchair to 

transport you across stage to receive your diploma?  I confidently 

said, "No, God gave me the ability to walk, and using my wheelchair 

will be like slapping God in his face."  That

   Faith is what pleases God.  (Hebrews 11:6) And without faith,

it is is impossible to please him.  Faith is my foundation.  Faith 

is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not

seen.  (Hebrews 11:1) Now faith b.the substance of things hoped

for,  the evidence of things not seen.   I was hit by a car when I 

was seven years old.   I was in a coma for three months.  Doctors 

told my family I I would die.  If I did live, I’d have to live the rest of my

life on a respirator..  My family’s faith was steadfast in the Lord.  They

didn’t fear or worry, because if they did fear, where was their faith?

(Mark 4:40).  And he said unto them, “Why are ye so fearful:? How 

 

is it that ye have no faith?  Nothing happens unless and until God 

God wants them to happen.  Faith must be my foundation, because

I’m growing stronger everyday,  both physically and spiritually.  Doctors 

told my family I would die, but if I did live, I’d have to live the rest of my 

life on a respirator. 

  When I woke up,, first words I said were, “What am I doing with these

diapers on?  I walked when doctors said I wouldn’t be able to, because 

faith is my foundation.   I returned to school, extended my education 

from the second grade to two and a half years of college..  I’ve written 

a book, and am working on my second book.  I’ve appeared on television 

from meeting a young man at a restaurant. He wrote a message  on a

napkin saying, outside it said, “Hello stranger, inside it said, Your smile

caught my eye.  I’m thinking to myself, is she sweet?  Well there’s only

one way to find out.  Call me.  Faith is my foundation.l  When trials

and tribulations come my way, faith is my foundation.  When people 

 say I can’t do something because I’m in a wheelchair, faith is my

foundation.  I get up and walk and do what they say I can’t do,

because faith is my foundation.  Faith is what pleases God, and

I want to reach the highest height: faith.
