God's University

I haven’t graduated from this prestigious university, and won’t until I die:

God’s university.  It’s the best school I’ve ever enrolled in, and the way I’ve

been accepted is by obeying God.  But Jesus Christ’ blood covers my sins,

because my righteousness is like filthy rags.  (Isaiah 64:6)  All of us have

become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts  are like filthy rags.

God’s university promotes lessons of life, which requires obedience to God.

We fall short of the glory of God.  (Romans 3:23).  We fall short, but because

of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, we are lifted back up to our rightful places,

beside God.  God’s university prepares us for life, that is when we are attentive

to it and perform actions that shows we are.

God’s university provides protection for life found in the (BIBLE) Basic Instructions

Before Leaving Earth.  But we don’t live in God’s world.  With some people who

don’t want to learn about or obey it.  I asked a brother in Christ of mine, “Why can

all of my literature be backed up with scripture?”  Surprised I didn’t know, he said,

“Because God is on your mind twenty-four hours, seven days a week.”  He is who

measures my growth in him, and no other judgment I trust than his.  The lessons of

life God has intended for me to learn hasn’t been learned, that’s why I haven’t graduated

yet.  God determines when people will die, and when they will be born.  That’s a

mystery of God we will never understand.  God’s university requires us to search

for him in the BIBLE, (Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth).  Jesus will come like

a thief in the night.  (Romans 3:23)   For all have sinned and fall short of the glory

of God.  So we must stand prepared to stand graduated from God’s university,

because the Son of Man will come at a time we don’t expect him, and that’s

when we’ll be graduated from God’s university.

How Low Can We Go? Low Enough To Find God

                         How Low Can We Go?

                        Low Enough To Find God

God’s name is constantly called by everyone, even people who

don’t believe in him.  (Romans 14:11)  And that every tongue should

confess that Jesus is Lord.  (Philippians 2:11}  Troubles ask us every day,

“How low can we go?”  As far as the east is from the west, that’s how

far God has moved your sins away from you.  (Psalm 103:12).  How low

can we go?  No depth is too low for God because, “I can do all things

through Christ who strengthens me.  (Philippians 4:13).  How low can

we go?  Low enough to find God.  Some people are thrown into jail or

prison that pushes them to look for and find God.  Some single women

and girls get pregnant unintentionally.  With no chances of supporting

themselves and a baby.

How low can we go?  As low as disobeying the ten commandments

can take us.  (Exodus 20:3-26)  Thou shalt have no other gods before

me.  Thou shall not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness

of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or

that is in the earth beneath or that is in the waters below.

You shall not bow down to them or worship them, for I, the Lord your God,

am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to

the third and fourth generations of those who hate me, but showing

love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my

commandments.   You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your

God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his

name.  Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.  Six days

you shall labor and do all of your work, but the seventh day is a

Sabbath to the Lord your God.  On it you shall not do any work, neither

you, nor your son or daughter, nor your servant or maidservant, nor

your animals, nor the aliens within your gates.  For in six days the Lord

made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but

he rested on the seventh day.  Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath

day and made it holy.

Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the

land the Lord your God is giving you.  You shall not murder.  You shall not

commit adultery.  You shall not steal.  You shall not give false testimony

against your neighbor.  That’s the whole realm of our lives right there,

and we fall short of the glory of God.  (Romans 3:23)  So what’s the lowest

point we have to reach to ignite the search for God in our hearts?  The

answer is life without him, which we are experiencing every day.

The Old Me Is Dead And Gone

The Old Me Is Dead And

                                        Gone

Every day I live, I grow more physically and spiritually.  Spiritually is most

desired, because the physical has nothing I desire.  The old me is dead and

gone and never will be seen again.  I’ve grown from lusting after men I’m

not married to, to following the one man worthy of  being married to: God

Almighty.  Because God will never leave me nor forsake me.  (Deuteronomy 3:16)

Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with

you.  He will never leave you nor forsake you.  The old me is gone.  I used to be

overweight, eating things I shouldn’t have.  Not taking care of my body, which is God’s

temple.  (1 Corinthians 6:19)  Don’t you know that your body is the Lord’s temple

of the Holy Spirit who lives in you and was given to you.  I didn’t care about my

body, but wasn’t mine to begin with.  The old me is dead and gone.  I used to sit around

doing nothing, but I soon learned that an idle mind is the devil’s playground.   (Philippians

4:8).

The old me is dead and gone.  Lord, you’ve trained me in my thinking.  You tell me, “As

a man thinketh, so is he.”  The old me is dead and gone. I used to give into my sexual desires

until you, God told me, “Nothing impure will enter the kingdom of heaven.”  (Revelations 21:27}

Nothing impure will ever enter into it, nor will anyone who is shameful or deceitful,

but only those whose names are written in the book of life.  The old me is dead and

gone.  I took off the old me and put on the new me.  (Ephesians 4:22- 24) You were taught,

with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted

by its deceitful desires, to be made new in the attitude of your minds, and to put on

the new self, created to be like God  in true righteousness and holiness.  I’m a writer who

loves writing about God.  A lady asked me, “Why do you only write about God? I proudly

said, “Because he’s the only thing worth writing about.”

The old me is dead and gone.  I used to worry about everything, but God said to me, “If

you’re going to worry, how small is your faith?  {Matthew 6:2).  Who of you by worrying can add

a single hour to his life.  The old me is dead and gone.  I set my eyes on things above.

( Colossians 3:2)  Set your eyes on things above, not on earthly things.  The old me is

dead and gone.  I remember what I have in God and that keeps the old me buried.

That’s what we do with the dead.  I’ve sure learned a lot from the old me, the

main thing is I don’t want to relive that part of my life.  Thankfully I won’t have to

because the old me is dead and gone.

Not Because I'm Hurt: But Because I Can't Serve

                                     Not Because I’m Hurt,

                                     Because I Can’t Serve

A lot of people cringe in their hearts about having to go to work.  They bring

their attitudes and emotions of anger to work, (which isn’t what people come

to their places of employment for.  But personally, I fell down hitting my head

slammed on my wheelchair which left black scars under my eyes.  Pain felt

in my hand.  From this I couldn’t work, which is what brings me joy.  I was

advised to take the week off so my body could heal.  I began crying.  My sister

frantically asked me, “Are you in pain?  I responded, “I’m not crying because

I’m in pain, but because I can’t serve people.”  I know there are other people

who can serve, (my people) as I call them as I can.  Many people tell me I’m

the reason they keep returning.

I cry not because I’m hurt, but because I can’t serve.  Of course, I feel some

pain, but I give the pain to God, which allows my  heart to continue expressing

love to people, which is what God gave me a heart for.  I’m proud to be one of

the unknown: (People who cry because they can’t go to work and serve people.  I’m

called by God to be a servant, who reflects who  he is.  I set my eyes on things above

not on earthly things.  (Colossians 3:2)  Set your hearts on things above, not on earthly

things.  So I give my concerns to God, so that’s why I cry.  Not because I’m hurt, but

because I can’t serve.

(1 Peter 5:7).  Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
