Imprisoned By Ourselves

                               Imprisoned By Ourselves

                          Simple Motion In Love Eternally)

God calls us all to obey him, and we fall short of the glory of God everyday

because we are imprisoned by ourselves.  We are imprisoned by ourselves

because we don't uphold the Ten Commandments:  (Exodus 20:2-17). Thou

shall have no other gods before me.  Thou shall not make yourself any

graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or

that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the waters below. Thou shall not

bow down to them or worship them, for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God,

punishing the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth

generation of them that hate me, and showing love to a thousand generation of

those who love me and keep my commandments.  Thou shall not take the name

of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who

take his name in vain.

Remember the sabbath day and keep it holy.  Six days you shall labour

and do all your work.  But the seventh day is a sabbath of the Lord your

God, in it you shall not do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter,

nor your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor the alien within your gate.

For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is

in them.  And he rested on the seventh day.  Wherefore the Lord blessed

the Sabbath day and made it holy.  Honor your father and your mother,

that your days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God give

you.  Thou shall not kill.  Thou shall not commit adultery.  Thou shall not=

steal.  Thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor.  Thou shall

not covet thy neighbor's house.  Thou shall not covet thy neighbor's wife,

nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor

anything that belongs to your neighbor.  Imprisoned we stand when we,

(people who don't give God all praise and glory that's due him.  When we

obey God, follow the Ten Commandments) we will move from being imprisoned

to being empowered.
