                       Because God Has Spoken

   We ask this question everyday, “Why does things 

happen? and the answer is, “Because God

has spoken.n God is mysterious to make us curious 

to find him.  The sun rises because God has spoken. 

The sun sets because God has spoken.  God either 

makes things happen, or he allows them to happen, 

all to his glory.  We live as we want to live, to prove 

we love God.  ( 1 John: 5:3). In fact, this is love for

God, to keep his commandments, and his

commandments are not burdensome.  I was in a 

coma for three months after getting hit by a car.

I woke up because God has spoken.

    God woke me up, I believe, because he has more

work for me to do.  I’m grateful he’s put his spirit inside,

me.  People always ask me, “Why do you always smile?

I proudly tell them, “Because God hasn’t given me a 

reason to frown.”   I give all my worries to him.  (1 John

5:7). Cast all your worries on him because he cares for you.

We are the cause of our problems, but God’s compassion 

takes part in the recovery.  Life’s a school for the spirit. We learn

lessons everyday of our lives.  But our actions tell if we’ve

learned the lessons.  God wants us to be images of his

Son Jesus Christ, who is the image of him.  Things

happen to glorify him, and this is because God has

spoken.
